A transformative and immersive experience to convey the storytelling of this design-led workspace.
THE OFFICE GROUP
The Office Group is a design-led workspace that offers inspirational
and distinctive buildings with a unique experience – a combination truly designed for life to work and be inspired. My role was to work across a cross-functional team to lead and develop the digital experience across the web and the app. A cohesive experience was created for a user, visiting a building, the app or online through a new design system and customer experience online.

The objectives of The Office group were to meet user needs, increase site engagement, and make it easier to make a direct enquiry. As a team, we wanted to ensure that the brand was instantly recognised and distinctive—recognised as a premium space to work. This was achieved by creating a design system that was minimalist and elegant with a clear hierarchy and
a seamless customer experience across the site.
The secondary colour palette includes the TOG blue and house colours (used when referring to a specific house). TOG’s house interiors and environments inspire these house colours. The house colours differentiate
each house and are implemented on the PDP pages. As well as introducing individual house colours a collection of icons was created to highlight the architecture and heritage of the building. Through colour and iconography, the whole concept helped to develop a cohesive experience from
a visit to one of the houses or navigating the site.
Another new element that users struggled with was the PLP—navigating it and finding houses in specific areas. As part of the redesign, I worked with stakeholders and tested this against users to create the concept of neighbourhoods. Using specific colours for neighbourhoods alongside the yellow highlight colour to show an active PLP card and on the map.
